Description
Preload md image with load -t md_image /boot/miniroot.img in bootloader. Only md0
is shown in available devices list in mountroot prompt. Although md0s0 is in /dev
after boot.

I haven't looked at how the md miniroot.img is created, but since
devfs autoprobes anything defined as a disk the image file needs
to be fdisk'd and disklabeled properly. Look at that too while
Alex examines the setdiskinfo call.

Should be fixed in d34ac8d012ca65a25351f4be0c12b31d9d0d3447. If so, please
close this issue.
In any case the posted miniroot.img needs a /dev directory, even if it's empty
or mounting devfs will fail.
Cheers,
Alex Hornung
