This patch updates file to version 4.24.
It also includes the following fixes after the release:
- ogg
http://mx.gw.com/pipermail/file/2008/000217.html
- compress
http://mx.gw.com/pipermail/file/2008/000221.html
- obscure error message
http://mx.gw.com/pipermail/file/2008/000218.html
I've also applied this one:
http://frugalware.org/~voroskoi/dfly/compile_only.diff
Without this you can not generate the magic database.
