Description

Hi All,

I recently upgraded to v2.7.3.1127.g73a01-DEVELOPMENT. Whenever I
start X server, and remove & replace my USB mouse, my system crashes..

I have attached the crash log.

I had the same crash just today and track it down and fixed it.
It was related to devfs assuming the kqueue entities belonging to
the usb mouse when it got unplugged.
