step1, give me the dmesg boot w/ acpi
tunables
 -hw.acpi.sci.trigger
  could be set to "edge" or "level"
 -hw.acpi.sci.polarity
  could be set to "high" or "low"

maybe the sci trigger and polarity detect causing problem on qemu/kvm
it is something they should fix
