I'm also seeing these "busy_count" errors on the machine I recently built (DF 2.9.1.176, x86-64, SMP) that has root, swap, and data partitions encrypted.  These errors appeared right after I did a hammer mirror-copy and they are happening during the daily scheduled hammer maintenance.
