Description
Hi,
There's something fishy with our issue tracker. It seems lines starting
with '>' just get discarded. For an example, see:
http://bugs.dragonflybsd.org/msg6321
versus
http://leaf.dragonflybsd.org/mailarchive/bugs/2009-03/msg00043.html
Regards,

Yes, I set that as the default (or kept it at it) because reading huge
full top/bottom quotes is annoying. But for inline quotes, it is actually
necessary, so I don't really know how we should handle it.

Maybe it should just discard those quotes which are at the end of
messages and are not followed by any unquoted text (other than a
signature). I think that would at least deal with full quotes at the end
of messages and not mangle inline ones.
