Physical DVD/CD install amazingly slow

Description

When installing from a physical CD/DVD (not virtual iso image), the install process is amazingly slow. We should try and re-order files on the image to improve access speed.

Hi,

ISOs are nowadays mostly used in VMs and they don't seem to present this issue.
That said, booting off the USB image is the preferred and recommended method now.
