Description

Got this panic yesterday on my laptop. For some reason it seems disk io
locked up and forced HAMMER into a read-only mode. When I remounted it
read-write, I got this panic:

panic: assertion: hammer_oneref(&buffer->io.lock) in
hammer_recover_flush_buffer_callback
