Description

Hi,

Playing around with vknet(1) where some tap devices were created, I destroy one
of them with 'ifconfig tap0 destroy' and after some time I got the panic below.
I don't have a way to reproduce it yet, but I got a dump.

The core.txt file is here:

I will upload the core to leaf by request.

tap(4) was reworked not long ago and removing tap devices does not crash.
