Update of X11 chapter

Description
Hi,
i've updated X11 chapter of the handbook. Now it does document the use
of Xorg Window System.
This is a modification of the X11 chapter of FreeBSD handbook.
The patch file are some missing entities. Without it the X11
chapter does not compile.
The site that hosts the manual pages doesn't have the man pages for
X.org, so the links of that entities will go to an error page until
someone adds the man pages to the web interface.

The existing man page to web page interface just reads from the existing
installed man pages on leaf, if I recall correctly. An alternate version,
like what freebsd.org (or others) use would be good.

Handbook builds fine with these changes, which appear to match version 1.173 of
x11/chapter.sgml in the FreeBSD Handbook. Committed.
