Description

I recently made world and kernel, without umass support to get my Huawei E220 working (this might not be where the problem lies), and load ubsa and umass as modules in that order during boot.
I booted my laptop, Compaq Armada M300, with the usb modem connected. Dmesg found the device as a CD, as before, so i kldunloaded umass.ko and disconected and conected the modem. Somewhere around here i got the fatal trap:

Fatal trap 12: page fault while in kernel mode
fault virtual adres = 0x38
fault code = supervisor read, page not present
instruction pointer = 0x8:0xc019956b
stack pointer = 0x10:0xca6e9d90
frame pointer = 0x10:0xca6e9dcc
code segment = base 0x0, limit 0xfffff, type 0x1b = DPL 0, pres 1, def32 1, gran 1
processor eflags = interrupt enabled, resume, IOPL = 0
current process = Idle
current thread = pri 44 (CRIT)

kernel: type 12 trap, code=0
Stopped at atapi_action+0x604: movl 0x38(%eax),%edx
db>

I'll attatch the dmesg output as dmseg.out.
