I just want to say that ,if i want to boot system from CD I must boot it with
ACPI enabled because when I try booted using default option I got panic like in
my first message(on screenshot).

Hi,
It seems that default option under VBox is with ACPI disabled. No idea why it is
happening yet but definitely worth taking a look.

Hi,
There's a fix now in master (commit 7d81ec720ff953ca935cc460af576fa2ca503a82)
that makes the loader to properly detect the ACPI presence. So you can download
the latest ISO being created in the following days to check out this fix.
