Description

When I have an USB keyboard plugged in on boot, I can press F1, then the boot
logo and the menu appears where it reacts to the keys either. But afterwards,
upon device initialization I get a db> prompt flood. Cannot stop it, only reset
helps. After unplugging the USB keyboard and booting that way it works fine.
All this on 1.10.1 with SMP kernels (also APIC_IO).

This is similar behavior to what has been described with trying to boot a
MacBook, if there's any keyboard input during the boot process.

Anyone has seen this recently? (e.g. kbdmux update, ukbd fixes, ...)
If so, please reopen this bug ;)
