Hi all,
Following patch defer tcp timer to tcp threads to be executed:
http://leaf.dragonflybsd.org/~sephe/tcp_timer.diff5
I have run it for ~3weeks; should be safe to test. I hope IPv6 users
could help test it.
Please test/review it.

One thing need to note, you will need a quickworld after patching,
else your netstat -an will not work.
