Description
Removal of io scheduler seems to have resolved the hammer issue, but the reporter reported later it still does occur (maybe less frequently).

This ticket is just to keep track of the issue.
How to reproduce:
Run bitcoin-qt (not too sure as it doesn't reproduce on my environment).
