openntpd is not started correctly

Description
openntpd from pkgsrc is not started correctly. Instead of trying to start the
daemon /usr/pkg/sbin/ntpd as specified in the openntpd rc.d script:
...
name=ntpd
command="/usr/pkg/sbin/${name}"
...
The scripts is trying the start the system daemon /usr/sbin/ntpd.

Close. pkgsrc issue. We neither have Openntpd nor any NTPd.
