Hi all,
Following patch adds hw.ti.jslots tunable for ti(4), which can be used
to set number of jumbo slots at boot time:

Nah, it is not tested. And I had noticed a memory leakage on
detaching path in the patch :P. However, if my friend agree me to
roast his ti(4) or some users stand up to test it, I will commit it :)
