Description
Im just upgrading via cvsup/src from 1.8.0 to PREVIEW, and while running
`top`, cc sometimes is reported as using massive percentages of CPU time.
The update time is 1 second.
1510.42% WCPU reading is the highest Ive seen, but quite often jumps over
400%.
Its not a great concern to me, but I dont quite think its normal.
Any ideas?

this is "normal" since several releases. dunno if it is worth fixing.

There's another bug report open about WCPU numbers, relating to their removal.
I'll close this one.
