Weird WCPU values in `top`

Description

I’m just upgrading via cvsup/src from 1.8.0 to PREVIEW, and while running
`top`, cc sometimes is reported as using massive percentages of CPU time.

The update time is 1 second.

1510.42%  WCPU reading is the highest I’ve seen, but quite often jumps over
400%.
It’s not a great concern to me, but I don’t quite think it’s normal.

Any ideas?

this is "normal" since several releases. dunno if it is worth fixing.

There's another bug report open about WCPU numbers, relating to their removal.
I'll close this one.
