This patch adds a manpage to both ng_eiface and ng_fec netgraph nodes.

Hi.

It seems that ng_eiface and ng_fec are not currently attached to the
build (reported by swildner@ on IRC).

The attached patch adds a missing module dependency to ng_eiface and
hooks it to the build.
Obtained from: FreeBSD.

I will now see if there is a reason for ng_fec not being attached to the build.

I have second thoughts with regards to ng_fec, so for the moment I
thinks it's better to leave as it is (i.e. not attached to the build).
I will eventually update it as part of a general netgraph
synchronization with FreeBSD, as time permits. BTW, does anyone have
a suggestion on netgraph regression testing?
