Generating usbdevs.h and usbdevs_data.h during build

Description
There is no good reason (AFAIK) why developer changing sys/bus/usb/usbdevs has
to take care of generating usbdevs.h and usbdevs_data.h and these should be
generated during buildkernel.

There's some other generated files (pcidevs.h?) in the tree that perhaps
could be created when building.

The usbdevs is gone now.
