Description

When compiling ntop from pkgsrc 2010Q3 I get

/usr/pkgsrc/net/ntop/work/.buildlink/lib/libxml2.so: file not
recognized: File format not recognized
gmake2: * [libntop.la] Error 1
gmake2: Leaving directory `/usr/pkgsrc/net/ntop/work/ntop-4.0'
gmake1: [all-recursive] Error 1
gmake1: Leaving directory `/usr/pkgsrc/net/ntop/work/ntop-4.0'
gmake: ** [all] Error 2

I already rebuild and reinstalled libxml2, didn't change anything. The
binary ntop dumps core (bus error).

Any ideas?

pkgsrc issues need to go to NetBSD PR system.
(this is likely obsolete anyway)
