Forking problem on pkgbox64

Description

pkgbox64 is somehow resource-starved. This happened during a bulk build when it
was building a list of packages for upload:

/usr/pkg_bulk/libexec/pbulk/upload: Cannot fork: Resource temporarily unavailable

And then:

uname -a

No more processes.

It's running a very recent 2.13. I can't get an exact rev because of (see above).

pkgbox64 has been updated a few times since this report. Justin, are you still seeing issues with the bulk build?

Haven't been able to duplicate recently; I think this may have been fixed in the last month of bugchasing. Marking closed.
