handbook needs to be cleaned of ports/dfports references or at least reference them as outdated method with pkgsrc as preferred method

I've made an attempt at fixing this, changed sections are: "Is DF ready
for production?" and "What will be used to handle third-party
applications?".
I've also removed the sections "I can't install the XFree86-4 port" and
"Mplayer port build fails" since those covered ports-specific topics.

faq has been cleaned, now the handbook remains.
