Hello,

Here's an attempt at making config(8) up to date regarding debugging
kernels.
This is my very first try at using mdoc: comments are appreciated !

Looks good, I've committed it. Thanks!

The only change I did was to use .Va for the makeoptions. Not sure if
this is correct but .Ar seemed kinda wrong.
