Description
The new PAM seems to be making callbacks to xdm after xdm has
destroyed its toplevel widget, causing xdm to crash. I was
able to hack xdm to ignore the callbacks after the toplevel widget
is destroyed but I think the problem may be with PAM and not with
xdm.
Is anyone else seeing this problem? Basically xdm stops working.
You login to X and it just seg-faults and goes back to the console.

Sephe found similar bugs reported w/ linux and FreeBSD. It's a bug
in xdm but the easiest solution is to adjust the PAM config file for
xdm.
Comment out the 'session' line in /etc/pam.d/xdm and the problem
should go away.
I will change the defaults in the repo.
