Console installer on Live DVD broken

Hi,

I just tested the Live DVD. X and stuff (including the X installer) works fine,
but somehow the console installer is broken :( It starts, but it aborts after
the first screen and returns to the login prompt. Not sure what's going on
here. Did somebody tested the DVD before putting it onto pkgbox?

It seems to have been tested only up to the point of "does the installer start
in both X and the console?".

The appropriate test for changes in the LiveDVD config, however, is to confirm
that the whole cycle works:

1) Boot the LiveDVD
2) Install a system from the LiveDVD
3) Boot system installed from the LiveDVD and make sure it works as expected

Matt, I've committed a change to master which should fix the issue. Could you
MFC it to 2.2 and rebuild the LiveDVD ISO, please?

You can MFC it to the 2.2 branch.  I'd rather not rebuild the DVD
    without bumping to 2.2.1, in which case I would also like to wait for
    the HAMMER umount panic bug fix to be tested as well.
