on handbook section: 19.12.4 Running the NTP Server
The information appears obsolete by more than 4 years.
It's talking about "xntpd" which was apparently removed in 2005.
This section should be updated to indicate how to configure dntpd (conf file
location, rc.conf command) etc.
More of this section may be obsolete, but this is what I noticed.

Our Handbook is generally outdated. It would be great if someone could spare a
week or so to go over all sections and the very least identify all the
problematic sections, if not also fix them.
In general it would be good that if we spot some outdated section, we also fix
it while we work out what it should really say, which is needed anyways.

The NTP section was omitted with the "new" handbook although google still finds the old one.
PR obsolete.
