rum(4) in REL-2.12

Description:

Bring back the driver rum(4) so that it works well with the new wireless

dfly must be restored. This must be done in time to be included in the
next major release 2.12. More about me: http://bmk.com.au/

Donators:

I have 2 x D-Link DWL-G122 Rev.C1

I could set up a dfly box with one plugged in so a developer could SSH
in to work.
