Description

Hi,

the menu installed last night (?) hides the footer (Path, Last modified etc) of
short pages (check with the History page). Furthermore some entries (man pages,
mailing lists) are split up into two lines. Could somebody have a look at this?

Is there a reason why the font does not match the rest of the site? Justin put
a real nice style sheet together for the site.

Cheers

Matthias

I'm no expert on the .css stuff. I just hacked it with some help from
sjg until the left hand menu aligned vertically.

So you didn't like the bulleted list? It has all the same links, but
shows them in a way that works better with short pages and gives us room
to add to the links. I'll fix the other display errors as soon as I can
get to them.

Incidentally, I documented how the site can be managed using the ikiwiki
tools:

I think nobody likes them :) At least for me, all this integrated
subnavigation fuels confusion (information overflow).

sidebar changed to float instead of absolute position; text styles fixed.
