one of our imap accounts noticed he cant access his mailbox. then only
restart of the server itself will fix this problem.

There seeems to be a lot of imap(dovecot) processes stuck as well due to
the blocking on 0xd9903df8.

Can anyone help investigate the mly driver for bugs?

It does sound like your disk driver (mly I guess) is freezing.  Can
    you access anything on that partition after imap stops working?  If you
    can there might be an issue with bad blocks.  If you can't access the
    partition at all then its probably MLY locking up.

It might be possible to reset the device with camcontrol without
    rebooting.  Its worth a shot anyhow.

im quite sure all other accounts were working while this single account
could not be accessed. at least webmail on another account which uses imap
worked.

That would imply a bug in the kernel.  Can you configure kernel core
    dumps (if you haven't already) and manually drop into the debugger
    and panic the machine when it gets into this state?  If we can get a
    kernel core while it is in this state I can track down the issue.

Another issue... ahh.  What version of DragonFly are you running?
